Valereo & Christian in their award winning pizza restaurant, L’Ammaccata in Casal Velino, Italy. Christian has brought the oldest way of making Pizza in to the modern era, and as a result has been awarded the best pizza accolade in all of Italy. So, essentially, the worlds best pizza. I can personally agree. Absolutely incredible.
